Tiffany Dawn Johnson-Bayley is the energetic personality behind Shop with Tiffany Live, a fast-growing live shopping experience that brings jewelry, style, and entertainment directly into viewers’ homes. Known for her sparkling personality, quick wit, and unmistakable passion for fine jewelry, Tiffany has built a loyal national following by blending retail expertise with live-show excitement.

Originally from Huntington, West Virgina, Tiffany graduated from Huntington High School before attending Marshall University. Her early life gave her a strong foundation in both business and personal branding—skills that would later define her career.

Tiffany first gained public recognition when she won the title of Miss West Virginia and went on to place Top Ten in the Miss United States competition. She often jokes that the experience taught her one of her favorite business lessons: “You can market anything if you learn to market yourself first.”

Entrepreneurship has been part of Tiffany’s life since she was just 17 years old. Over the years she has owned and operated more than a dozen businesses, including two marketing firms, eight jewelry stores, multiple paintball fields, a miniature golf course, and even an ice cream shop. With a name like “Tiffany,” however, it seemed almost inevitable that she would ultimately find her true calling in the jewelry industry.

Her love of jewelry began long before her professional career. As a child, Tiffany loved playing dress-up and covering herself in her grandmother’s treasured pieces. It came as no surprise to her family when her first job was in a jewelry store. From the moment she stepped behind the counter, Tiffany knew she had found her passion. Jewelry allowed her to combine creativity, storytelling, and personal connection—all while bringing a little extra sparkle into people’s lives.

During the global pandemic, when many businesses were forced to close their doors, Tiffany pivoted in a way that would change her career forever. She began streaming casual jewelry presentations on Facebook Live from her showroom every other Friday afternoon. What started as a simple way to stay connected with customers quickly grew into something much bigger. Tiffany’s natural on-camera presence and engaging personality helped transform the broadcasts into a must-watch weekly event.

Today, Shop with Tiffany Live reaches thousands of viewers across the country every week during its prime-time Wednesday night broadcasts. Fans tune in not only for incredible jewelry deals, but for Tiffany’s larger-than-life humor, storytelling, and genuine connection with her audience.

In 2022, Tiffany will took the show on the road for the first time, broadcasting live from the world’s largest jewelry trade event, JCK Las Vegas.

When Tiffany is not on camera, she can still be found doing what she loves most—working directly with customers at her flagship store, Avalon Park Jewelers. She says the most rewarding part of her work is helping customers celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.

“Creating lasting memories for people—whether it’s an engagement, an anniversary, or a gift just because—is the greatest feeling,” Tiffany says.

Today, Tiffany resides in East Orlando and continues to build a growing community of viewers and collectors who have become more like family. Being welcomed into viewers’ homes each week, she says, is an honor she never imagined—and one she treasures every time the cameras go live. ✨
